The Thai/kickboxing class is a mixed kickboxing class geared to all levels from the beginner to the fighter. Join us for a fun, challenging and efficient kickboxing workout. You'll be challenged by the mix of Thai, Jun Fan, and Savate kickboxing methods.
You will be hitting pads and developing good reactions from the very first class. These drills will get you in great shape and teach you to defend against any type of attack. We use a "go at your own pace" structure for our classes. Thai Boxing has always been known for it's conditioning, I can assure you will get a great workout. These classes can be easy for the beginning students, yet challenging enough for even the seasoned athlete.
